Sense and Sensibility, a new play at Northlight Theatre in Skokie
A pretty good adaptation staged to celebrate the bicentennial of Austen's first published work. Theatre is easy to get to and garage parking is free behind the theatre. Continental breakfast, Italian lunch, two speakers from England, and an actress who portrays Jane Austen. This special Gala honors the bicentennial of Sense and Sensibility, so we've outdone ourselves in our program and are offering a price of $25 for full-time students aged 10-22.
